We manufacture PLC panels, Drive Panels, Instrumentation Panels of all various applications, in M.S. and Stainless Steel of Local as well as Reputed make Enclosure.
STANDARD FEATURES :
- Panel will be fabricated out of CRCA sheet of size ranging from 1,6mm to 2.5mm at various sections (i.e. door/covers of 2mm side/top-bottom 1,6mm mounting/gland plates 2.5mm).
- For pre-treatment / painting, adopt seven tank process, wherein all Sheet metal parts are subjected to degreasing, derusting & acid Pickling & phosphating before applying coat of primer. Finally, the panel is to be painted with two coat of synthetic enamel light grey paint of shade RAL 7035 or RAL 7032
- Electrical Drawing (One Line Diagram, Three Line Diagram, Cable Layout, Load calculation, control design, Trouble shooting chart and Operation Manual)
- Control Wiring will be done by ISI marked Flexible PVC Copper Cable and it will be lugs and ferruled by Printing Machine by both the end.
- Testing, Manufacturing and commissioning of Electrical Control Panel, PLC based Control Panel, Drive Panel and Instrumentation Panel.
